A most insightful read...the 10 000 hour rule makes great sense...as the discussion on hockey players, intelligence, Bill Gates, etc...I highly reccommend it!

A captivating sociological look at WHY certain people rose to the top despite the odds in most cases. Sounds very intellectual, but it is an easy and quick read that makes you see things from a different angle. Highly recommended.

I love the way Malcolm explains the real stories behind extremely successful people. Hard work is essential, but there are a few other surprising details surrounding success... including the month and / or year you were born in! Read it.. you won't forget a single story!
