I continue to be entertained by this series. Unfortunately, Bella's whining in Book 2 (I can't live without Edward) hasn't progressed much in Book 3 (I'm torn between Edward and Jacob). Please tell me teenage girls aren't really this bad?! Anyway, I had trouble reading more than a chapter or two in a sitting, yet I really like Jacob and his character. When I finally made it to the last quarter of the book, I really got interested. Definitely the best segment of her writing that I've read so far. What will I do when I've read all the books? <shrug>

Honestly Edward do you have to be such a fence-sitting, can't make up your mind, want to take the easy road with no problems kinda guy. You blew it, and we were all behind you in book one. You had teenage girls screaming for you man. The Victoria situation and wolves save this book. There is an interesting character development with the introduction of a love triange, but Bella is becoming incredibly selfish and I though the voices in her head were freaky in the second one! Pick girl, no one can have their cake and eat it too, not even you girl.

I love this book, although I do get a little mad at Bella for messing with Jacobs head and also the fact that shes treating Edward the way she does when she knows she loves them both. But I love it so i get past it and move onxxxx I own all of these books in the Twilight saga, I've read each pone loads of times in the order they go in, I'm hopeing that they make Breaking Dawn in to a film has well. I'm back to reading New moon again

Hate the fact that Bella self esteem keep getting worse and worse. Her constant fixation on how worthless, stupid and non perfect she thinks she is make this a painful book to read. Also it is annoying the constant mention of Wuthering Heights. It just that it wasnt necessary to mention it so many times. The only thing I liked about this book was the story about the origin of the werewolves/shapeshifters. It was a very interesting story and would like to see a book just about this story.

Very good book. Better than New Moon but Not nearly as good as Twilight or Breaking Dawn. Lots of drama between Victoria launching her newborn army, graduating high school, her relationship with Jacob (which just takes away from her relationship with Edward - almost makes it less special IMO), and accepting the repercussions of choosing vampire life, not necessarily in that order. “We’re a bit sensitive to blood around here. Fucking amazing book! ( :Totally wicked!Emmett,Rosalie and edward are my fave characters!The scene in this book is brilliant where Edward,Bella and Jacob are in the tent together and Jacob has to sleep next to Bella to keep her warm cos Edwards cold! Lmao!That was one of the funniest bits!I kinda feel sad for Jacob cos he likes Bella so much and he kisses her outsi8de the tent but she don't like it so it's kinda sadd! ) :But overall this is one of the most amazing books ever and I cant wait for the film to come out!Anyone wanna join me?Lmao!Hope you enjoy it cos I konw I will!Hehe ( :xx

The Victoria revenge goes on. This time, Victoria creates a whole new gang of newborn vampires all commanded to search for Bella. Meanwhile, Bella has relationship problems with Edward and Jacob. In the end, Bella finds herself in love with Jacob too, but will die without Edward. She chose Edward in the end, and they got married. Sadly, the poor wolf ran away.

All 3 books were amazing. Who gives a flying fuck whose whiny!? If any girl had a guy like that would be whiny and bitchy. I know for a fact I would not want to lose a guy like that. Edward and Jacob are both amazing guys. It would be hard to choose, but if you can sit there and say you didnt like the books bc of edward and bella than why bother wasting ur fkin time reading it bc its always guna be about bella and edward.

The beautiful way two loves are connected made me love this book.I really loved the fact that no matter how much Bella loves Edward (and viceversa) there was a tiny part of her that loved Jacob too, and hurt to hurt him.It sometimes got a little annoying... Bella was too many times obsessed over the fact that love was equal to Edward and nothing (or no one) else.But in the end... I guess it was worth it. The epilogue is simply one of the greatest thing in the book (not just because I love Jacob) because it showed for the first time the vision of another character, personally talking.The first part of the book (the letter full of sorrow) and the final part (the runaway full of sorrow again) were simply amazing.

Hate to say it but was disappointed with this, I had such high hopes. Honestly I reached the end and immediately thought 'was that it?'. I kept waiting for something to happen that resembled a plot and instead just page after page of love sick teenager stuff. Will I read the fourth book - yes I expect so, but I really hope there's a bit more depth to that one.

I threw up in my mouth a little bit at the end of this book. If I wasn't borrowing it from someone, I would have opened my mouth. A writer's challenge is to create a character the audience connects with and then have that character grow, learn. Meyer's writing style instantly sucks readers into Bella Swan and the first book is decent, the second book just kind of happens but by the third, no one has grown, no one has changed (for the better) and Bella is, if anything, the epitome of what we're all so happy we aren't anymore since being teenagers.

The third beloved addition to Meyer's wonderful vampire experience! This one had been my favorite of the series so far for a long time. The characters are already worn in so the plot twists this way and that in minor turns only to prepair you for what you've been subconsioucly thinking eversince Bella caught wind of the goings on in seattle by Charlie, her father. And even still the twist is buffered by the twists before and the nagging suspision that infact who ever is behind those murders we've already met. though i could have done with out the narrative life stories of two of the cullens, a breif explanation would have been nice

In Twilight we learnt about Bella, Edward and the love that they shared for each other than endangered all of those around them. In New Moon we discovered the ties between Bella and Jacob, and found that their friendship is the kind that has its moments but can never truly be cut apart. In Eclipse, this is all thrown together. There's the conflict between Jacob and Edward, the desparation that posesses Bella, and the thrill of Victoria coming back for revenge.

i didn't hate it....but crak addicts dont hate crak either......piss poor writing skills. dude if your going to write a vampire novel READ DRACULA! furthermore, i get that there's a market taget here (ahem, 13 year old girls and sexually frustrated women) but honestly, step up the writing quality here. and whoever chose that director! shit look for annother job cuz you both suck.christ i am soooo bored of these

i'de like the story about love and choices she make for her self. she found love and peace with the man she loves. i hoping i feel the same too, to the man i love. she will do anything to be with him forever. sometimes we forget how to feel to be needed. love is unconditional and sacrifices to one another. i believe this book is a teller story to one of us out there who needs to feel inlove once in life time.

There are just too many words to describe how much I loved this book. Edward is still my dude. Jacob has weakened me a little to see why Bella also has feelings for him too. It's that indecision of wanting hot or cold--which is your preference? I can't wait to read the next book. I heard about the war and I know I may turn away from Edward but I just dig him so. Great read.

Just as all the previous two books of this series, I found Eclipse to be intense, exciting, vivid and a definite "no sleep tonight until I'm finished" type of book. I totally Love how Meyer is able to end each of her books in a way that gives the reader some sense of closure at the events of that book while simultaneously stimulating the reader to immediately want to move on to the next part of the series without delay.
