I loved this book. Lindsay starts out by getting shot by two kids that she ends up killing and crippling. The kid's father decides to create a suit against on Lindsay even though she was doing the right thing by defending her dying partner and herself. Her lawyer recommends going to Lindsay's sister's house so she can stay out of the limelight. While thereJoe visits her a few times;)wink wink;)and also a killer visits her. Couples have been murdered and Lindsay is desperate to find out who has commited the crime.She goes through loops with the local police and loops with the Murder Club.

This book was not as good to me as James's others in this series. The whole reasoning behind the crimes, was just pulled out of thin air, to rap up the book. At least Lindsay's boy friend made it through this one alive. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book.

Okay, I see how these books work now. Lindsay Boxer is the main character and the other girls are her sidekicks. Fine. But they were barely in this one! Luckily the story was compelling enough without them and I didn't see the reveal coming. Well, not entirely...
