very good books (2in1)..... deals with chefs and a secondary character in first book gets thier own story in the second....personally i favoured the second story...

well written light stories.. although i prefer romantic tragic.. yet this makes a nice "happy mood" novel. but not the kind i prefer when i wanna give myself a hug! [[ that would be me reading: "Message in a Bottle"

What I liked most about these stories is that they made me laugh. Women want so much to be independant and "strong" that sometimes they can miss what would truely make them happy or even whole. The same thing goes for men except they tend to think "they know women" and that they don't need to settle for just one and that's what this book shows.

One of the first Nora Roberts books I ever read and it got me hooked on her. She is truely one the most ingenious writers of all time. Wonderful stories, both.

Nora Roberts books put in a "new" package. I think these were some of her earlier works. Good beach reading.

Both stories are awesome! The first story is about dessert chef Summer Lyndon and her boss Blake Cocharan. He owns a chain of hotels and wants her to be the manager of the restaurant at his hotel. She is half french and half british and very stubborn, he is very handsome and powerful. The love story is HOT!!! The second story is with Summer's best friend italian chef Carlo Franconi which we got to know a little on the first story. He is sexy and a ladies man. He falls in love with his publicist Juliet Trent when he goes on tour to the USA for his newest recipe book. She knows his reputation with women and is very reluctant to fall in love with him. Took forever for her to decide to be with him but when they are together is so worth reading it. So romantic!!!
