This was given to me as a christmas gift when I was younger. I had seen the original "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" and this book made me love it even more. It is one of my all time favorties.

Read it at least 10x since I was a kid, never gotten sick of it back then. The magical tale of how a poor boy struck gold and was given the adventure of his life.

It's a fanciful book, my daughter loves the story...but I think as you get older you grow out of it, and only value it for the nostalgia.
