Very good! Ken Follett is a superb storyteller. The novel had all the elements you're looking for - a thrilling spy story, fully developed characters, and passionate sexual experiences to make you blush.

Great thrill of a novel. It is one of those books that reads like a movie. You will find yourself enjoying the ride in spite of clearly predictable outcome. I must admit that because of this novel I brushed up on my knowledge of D-day and was quite surprised by the intricacies of the whole "Overlord" operation, especially the preparation and the cover up leading up to it. It is a cheap thrill. It is predictable. It is not literature, but it is a hell lot of fun!!!
