I have just read all of his books - yes from book 1 - where it all started with good old pug etc. and I love his style of writing. trouble is now that I have read all is that I have to wait until he writes some more!!

3'rd and final book in the conclave of shadow.....kasper the former duke of olasko find's himself exiled on the otherside of the world... unarmed and pissed at loseing his dutchy,strangly he is feeling better than he has in years....the poison of laso varen's mind gone he sets out to make the journey home.....love this book....kasper is no hero but ya can't help but like him....there's nothing going to stop him...nothing!!..10 out of 10....

One of the best--if not THE best--book in the whole of the series. Technically, this is a standalone novel...but you cannot taste the fruits of labor if you don't read all the previous ones. The story of a returned exile on a mission to let "those who need knowing" some crucial info.

Wow, I am truely amazed! Feist had many twist and turns in Exile's Return and I promise it will not disappoint you! Kasper is not a totally changed man, but his views are starting to change. Still far from home he has to endure more loss and fear and over come many challenges yet to come.

A good read. I like the way they can take a previous villian and by the end of the story they have gradually turned things around so that you are now fond of him without it being so obviously done. Looking forward to The Darkwar Saga.
