I guess I didn't read this one very carefully, it was hard for me to follow and it seemed like it didn't really end...like there would be a follow up book. Not sure if I'll take the time or energy to read it again to clear it up in my mind...

very entertaining. character driven story. I think Grisham is a great writer. a little slow at first but I was hooked by the middle.

Starting off as two separate storylines and meeting in the middle like a perfect thriller. The first John Grisham I read and immediately bought all the books I could lay hands on. Great book.

If you have never read a grisham book this would be an awesome start, this book will keep you very interested and very drawn in, well worth the time.

Another good book by Grisham. Basically the story revolved around three ex-judge who were serving time in a low risk federal prison. They started a heinous but brilliant scam. The scam worked well until they got the wrong victim. The book has 2 entirely different stories in the beginning, but both are connected apparently. Overall, a definitely must read book for any Grisham fan.
