¡genial! Biografía en presente con la fuerza que esto le proporciona, así como la mirada cercana, microscópica de todo lo que la rodea, hacen de Ojo de Gato, mi libro favorito.

It was a really odd book. Some parts caught my attention and other parts were just random. The book went back and forth between the main character's past and present.

Reasonably good read. The beginning was slow, and the ending was unsatisfying, but there were moments where I found myself compelled to keep going. Some of Elaine's father's insights were particularly clever, and I enjoyed reading about her brother Stephen... Elaine's own story tended to be a bit too self-pitying and simpering, which I found a bit tiresome. Still, very beautiful use of language... Atwood's writing style is, as usual, fluid and wonderful.

I wasn't a big fan of this one. It was sad and depressing. She did a good job of identifying the character, but beyond that, it was tough to get through.

Cat's Eye is the story of a woman who returns to the city she was raised in. She encounters memories of her past with a trio of unfriendly girls.
This book brought back some of my own childhood memories. I could relate to quite a few things. It's written with humor, compassion and heartbreak in parts.
