great part, like the richness of the characters , quality of dialogs.
Themes are very interesting like the difficulty of being in couple with someone the importance of ideals, truth and lie.
Really a great book better for me than doll's house

The Wild Duck is probably my favorite Ibsen play, after the Master Builder. It lends itself to what Ibsen
really excels at, which is examining the relationships and power dynamics that bind us together.
Greggers is a marvelously written character, someone who seems to have only the best intentions,
but in his moralizing rage against his father, uses the Ekdals in the same way his father did. The symbol
of the wild duck would be heavy-handed if written by a less careful writer, but Ibsen makes the
symbol thoroughly complex and interesting.
