When Ms. Roberts writes romantic suspense, she is truly in her element. With touches of dialogue and character development that remind me of Eve Dallas in the "...IN DEATH" series written as J.D. Robb, ANGELS FALL is a great example of a thrilling, exciting, yet romantic story that puts you right in the middle of what is going on. If you like romantic suspense, if you like action-adventure, if you like a good thriller mixed in with an engaging "who dun it?" mystery, you'll truly enjoy ANGELS FALL!!

This was my first book I read by Nora Roberts. It was an excellent mystery book that kept me at the edge of my seat. The ending surprised me!Reece is driving and her car breaks down at a small town called Angels Fall. She's an excellent chef that's hiding a secret. When she witnesses a murder and there is no evidence, the town is suspicious. Will anybody believe her?

I liked the suspense of this book, though I pretty much figured who it was midway through. I like how she turned one corner that lead to another, but was surprising each time. The movie didn't do the book justice, but I watched it anyway.
