The story was building slowly but by the middle of the book, I was hooked. It was one that kept me thinking about it even after I was finished reading it. Creepy

A nice quick read. The characters were written well and I think he did a really good job with the pacing. I would definitely recommend this book.

Although it lacks character detail this book still serves as a good thriller and is indeed a 'read-at-a-sit' novel. It also could have used a better ending.

Very good. I can't get the death of young mark out of my head. The way his father found him and how koontz describes it def. gave me chills. This whole subliminal thing is very scary.

Great, fast-paced story line. Some of the content is definitely not suitable for sensitive readers, but if you're into really hardcore, riveting suspense this is definitely the book for you. A lot of psychological and sociological undertone makes the story that much more interested. I really enjoyed it.

A decent and fast read. The concept of the book is interesting. The book feels a little dated, since it was written in the 70's. Worth a look.

Its a great plot- mind control. I felt though that the ending was very boring and not as complex as I that it should be, i was a little dissapointed.
