First book I ever read in my life. Very good provided you could be bothered with technical intricacies of medical jargons. Great author.

A husband and wife doctor team move to a small town in Vermont in order to start their practices and pay back the large debt they owe. Come to find out a murder has taken place, with the police taking no real initiative in finding the killer, as it was revenge on the account of many people. Also, the man's patient's are dying unexplicably, developing the same symptoms of unknown origin. The duo suspects a conspiracy of sorts and even hires a private investigator to help them get some answers in this action-packed thriller

In Bartlet community near Boston a couple discovers a hospital that tries to save money by eliminating patients that have terminal diseases by using a radio active nuclear machine that is used strikly to eliminate cancer tomors.
