I love this series but this is one of my favourites. I love Eve reaction to Christmas shopping or as she says, "Buying". I love Eve\'s experience of the holidays and the concept of buying vs shopping.

This was great. Eve shopping was hilarious! Things we take as mundane are all new to her and her comments have me cracking up because sometimes I feel like that. The killer surprised me and I wish it had ended differently. But all in all, another great Eve Dallas story!

One of my least favorites in the series so far. The killer was kind of predictable, and Eve was snappier than usual. The best thing about this book was that Peabody finally stood up to Eve when she butt her nose into her life and gave her some harsh personal criticism, most of it was totally unnecessary on Eve's part.

Kind of predictable and I don't like it how they figure out the bad guy before capturing him, as it decreases the suspense.

Nora Roberts as J.D. Robb- Holiday in Death - This 7th book continues the story of Eve Dallas's quest to find herself and justice. Nearing Christmas, Eve is the primary investigator in a chain of sexual homicides. The story further developes the relationship with Eve's aide, Delia Peabody and Feeny and McNab joins Dallas again in this homicide investigation. Roarke 'joins in' the fun as well.

What was great about this story is how Eve deals with the holiday, her first since meeting and marrying Roarke. She's got her usual disgruntled attitude toward her fellow humans, and, as usual, hates shopping. On the other hand, her life is now becoming full of people who matter to her, and the process of coming up with gifts for them shows how much her life has changed.
