I have the audiobook and actually prefer Kate Readingto CJ Critt, but otherwise it was pretty good.

Awesome book. Patricia has made another page turner. I have read a few reviews that said this was not one of her best. I guess you have to be into her style to enjoy it. I thought it awesome. It right up there with all her other books.

This book has an unusual murder in it that kept me reading to find the culprit. I was disappointed with the ending due to it being somewhat bizarre.

It seems as though Cornwell is starting to fizzle out in this novel. Her earlier books were undoubtedly her highlights; from Postmortem to From Potter's Field. With so many equally gifted writers to choose from, I'll just have to regretfully abandon this author.

I am not sure why the author is so popular. This is the second book I've read of hers. I find the writing style superficial, the character development nonexistant, and the plot progression is the same in both books. I won't be reading Cornwell again.
