Another one of my firsts, I think it was my 2nd ever read book by Danielle Steel. It will make you laugh while you're crying kind of book.

I saw this story first as a made for tv movie on NBC in the 90's. I read the book and enjoyed it. But for once I prefer the movie. I'm not sure why perhaps because I enjoyed so much the actors who played these characters in the movie.

such a beautiful book.. again danielle steel is a bit repetitive with her narrating. but it is wonderful. every single character is unique from one another, and you yearn to hear more about each one. FANTASTIC.

yes crytal is incredible!!! i cried at the 1st part of the book, that scene about her relationship with her mom, her xperience with her sister's husband.....nd spencer...

I loved how this book embodied strength and forgiveness. It showed how small minded people can be, and the feat to overcome it at it's best. I read it at 17 and loved every moment of it.

crystal is the main lead in this book, after a turbulant childhood, runs away fron her family to be a star, has a difficult time, trusts the wrong people but find the love of her life ............... a must read
