Yup, after reading it again, reaffirm my declaration that this is one of my favorite books. The brilliant plots and strong characters in the book only show yet again the wisdom of its author.

This is Sheldon at his best. The story line is simple and effective, it is the story of 2 con artists. One tries to cheat another and they end up falling in love with each other. The beautiful Tracy Whitney and the dashing Jeff Stevens have all the spice and the nerve typical of Sheldon's main characters. A very good read.

Intriguing. One of my most treasured book. I really like the tricks inside the book. Sidney Sheldon is evil for making this book. I cannot put it down though my eyes are red, lacking sleep for trying to finish this thick novel. It's worth it but the ending always makes me mad. It seems the story is not finished and he won't finish it. Argh....! But, still, Sheldon is my favorite author

A lovely, thrilling, spine wrecking novel picturizing beautifully the agony of an innocent, lovely , homely girl with vivid sweet dreams of marriage and a new life who turns into a wild, cunning, witty and daring woman with the upcoming troubles in life. A must read novel for all those who love adventure and witty works at hand.

this is one of the best books i've read. its stayed with me for a long time. tracy is on of sheldon's best heroine. i think i'll rank her above noel page as well!

all time favourite...this book gives me strength, by far Tracy Whitney's got to be the strongest character of all times among all the sheldon characters...its truly a page turner wondering what is going to happen next....the excitement never ends
