Same crap, different killer. I need a break from these bitches and all the damn drama for chrissakes. I can't believe I got hooked on these stupid books. If only I'd've read the cover of "1st to Die", Women's Murder Club...what was I thinking?.

Second in the Women's Murder Club series. The Women's Murder Club is back, this time to solve a series of senseless murders committed by a ruthless sniper. All of the victims are African-Americans and the killer leaves clues that point to a racist hate group. Appearances can be deceiving and all is not as it seems. Faced-paced, with lots of twists and turns.

Prosaic. Prosaic is the word I'm looking for to describe this series. The story was predictable, already done but vaguely descent. I strongly believe the four women, the club, fail to live up to their reputations and therefore are not believable. Not that Stephanie Plum is believable but at least she's stinkin' funny. And they need to quit whining!! I guess it's the characters I'm not crazy about but I'm going ahead with the third. Go figure?
