This is the perfect companion volumn for "The Tenth Insight." It really helped me implement the ideas found in the book. It provides detailed explanations and exercises on "Tenth Insight" topics: previous lifetimes, sould groups, birth visions, the use of dreams and prayers, the afterlife, and the World Vision. I have yellow hi-lited about the whole book and have little sticky notes everywhere!!!

The follow on from the Celestine Prophecy. Typically "New Agey" but contains some very interesting insights (no pun intended) for those on a spiritual quest. The ideas presented, sit comfortably in the psyche and make the read ponder his/her own reality.
