I picked up this audio book at the library without much expectation other than “get rich quick.” Boy was I wrong. This book is another must read. It is realistic, rational, and easy to understand as it is common sense. The ultimate goal is that we find our niche and be comfortable and happy where we are in life. Yet there is indeed four quadrants in the working world. You are an employee, self employed, a business owner, and/or an investor. This book primarily helps you define which quadrant that you belong. Then secondarily it helps you define which quadrant you want to belong. It then provides tools to help you get there. This is a fantastic book to help you reflect upon what you have done in your career and where you want to go; no matter what stage in life you reside.

Recommended reading for those who are seeking for financial freedom. It will be a good start for those who see 'jobs' as boring things. However, some ideas may be too radical. So, open up your mind before reading it. Warning! : Those who want financial security should not read it.
