This book was a big disappointment for me. I was hoping it would be something other than what it really was. I had high hopes for it and it just seemed to let me down in every way. Not his best work.

I enjoyed it, and though it began to feel kinda monotonous, it managed to be much more entertaining than one would expect, considering it's just a bunch of guys walking a long ways. The ideas presented are very unique, and I must say I was surprised when the first "ticket" was given.

You will never walk on the treadmill the same way again! 4.0 miles an hour is just not that impressive after reading this.
