Nothing really major happened this time in Morganville, but the story was entertaining and let us thinking about Amelie's plan ...I think the next book is going to be very interesting ....I hope Clare is not going to be force into replace the former Victorian assistant if you know what I mean....

this book was one of the best books in my world tawny ville i love it almost as much as twilight but not as much no affince shane is somkin. not that i would know but i always have my mental pictures the book is very desritive!!!!!!!!!!!!

There ... just finished book 7 in the series. I loved them! Book 8 - "Kiss of Death" comes out in late April ... so until then, I'll be switching gears ...

i just finished reading this a few minutes ago.. i can't believe that i've cried.. Ada died in this series.. she killed herself (as in make herself malfunction).. Myrnin did love her though.. she just don't get it coz Myrnin is a vamp with high ego.. he never made her as slave before although he declared her as one.. ok2.. this is just too much spoiler.. there's new character in this book also, Kim.. one thing i can tell about her.. EVIL.. human but much more evil that Monica or those vamps.. and she is pervert.. once got hooked up with Shane.. but long time ago.. as Shane said.. now he is totally in love with Claire only.. the rest u guys should read it u'rself.. what that i'm sure.. Rachel Caine really playing with u'r emotion in this book.. too much hurts from everyone.. Amelia in loosing Sam, Myrnin with Ada's memoirs, Eve & Micheal conflict.. only Claire don't really shows how she felt about Shane & Kim.. so there's not much conflict between them.. have a good time reading it (^_^)

I really hope there is more to come in this series I want to know what happens next! I can't believe that after all our 4 friends have been through together that Eve and Michale are not together something has to be done to fix this and what happens with myrin and amelie for reals there is just too many unanswered questions

In the newest book of the morganville vampires trouble starts within the first few pages. The action never stops and the story is full of surprises. I believe this to be one of the best in the series. You meet the new goth girl in town and trouble starts to pick up as the town is preparing for the town musical. The characters in this series are so well developed and so very real. The story never gets old no matter how many times you read it. And you have to admit, a vampire wearing bunny slippers is pretty amazing. The end of the book is kind of sad, I felt really bad for one of the characters. You find out more about the vampire society and characters. And Claire as always has no luck.

Amazing:) Morganville vampires are a very good serie:) I love it.. and it is incredible that every time you read some of the books you get surprised, the unexpected happend:) Read them they are very worth it..

This was barely a 4 stars. I've read the other 6 books in the series prior to this one and loved them. Now, I think I'm just getting bored with it and can't even see where she could take the series with a plot inventive enough to pick up where she left off and have enough words to make a whole book. Caine definitely needs to introduce a new character that holds my interest in the next book or I may stop reading the series.

I wish this book had a little more action in it. It seemed slow in parts, but it was still enjoyable to read. :)
