I read this series over and over. It takes me back to Ireland's banner county and I can hear the voices in my head and heart again. Doesn't hurt that these 3 women are artists each in their own way. Really well captured on every level.

I don't usually like romance novels, but this one wasn't bad. Since I listened to the audiobook, I found myself thinking in an Irish accent for days after I finished the book.

It's worth reading for the family relationships, I think, after becoming invested in the other two books in the trilogy, but I wouldn't pick it up on its own--mostly because it hit 3 of my pet peeves. Definitely a case of YMMV.
