One of my absolute favourite Discworld novels. Read it as sci-fi/fantasy, humour/satire, or as literature (sorry Terry, but you are guilty...), then read it again. Pratchett manages to reward an informed reader without insulting the intelligence of those readers who miss the joke or reference the first time around. Pratchett's best work can be read and enjoyed on multiple levels, and this is one such book.
