I just don't get it. Some of Ms. Johansen's books are wonderful and some are just painful to read. This is one of those. I am about 1/3 of the way finished, but am not going to complete this book. What a disappointment. If I wanted smaltzy romance, then I would read a smaltzy romance novel....

Like all of Iris Johansen novels, this book is definitely worth its money! This novel, as well as her other ones, is a page-turning mystery that will keep you guessing. Though most mysteries with major plot twists can be annoying, Johansen pulls it off successfully! The whodunit quality of this mystery is unlike any you've ever read, and it won't disappoint you when you finish the last page--although you will want to read another one of her novels immediately! The amount of romance in this novel balances out the goriness of the novel, and her novels will have any female loving mysteries and action-packed books! I recommend it to any woman who wants something romantic but suspenseful!

its really good! it has romance, ,mystery, a little magic, and a unexpected twist! what i liked the most is that the romance is not the center of the story, but still manages to keep you on your toes!

Its really nice book. And i like the ending of the story. Finally Jane admitted her love towards Trevor and accepted her. And Jane's really a strong woman.

Iris is one of my favorite authors. i love her books. I love this book. I fell head over heel for Trevor. Great Job Iris.

I read this in a day. i couldn't put it down...the suspense kept me up until i read the last page at 2 am!

It's a very exciting book. I thought Mario was a very good man but in the end, the twist was very good. It caught me by surprise.
