I saw the movie first, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Much better than the movie. It's a really good summer read that shows the intense power of the friendships of women. It's so hard for us to forgive a betrayal, but our love for each other is stronger than our pain.

This story of friendship was wonderful.I love the connection the author makes between many of her novels. When she mentions a character from another book, it's like meeting up with an old friend. I also enjoy the familiar setting and the same places mentioned in other books.

I like the story about how the sisterhoods are so close together and learn how important a family is. I felt touch when there's a lost of the loved one. I was feeling upset and sympathy for the characters inside this novel
