I love eve's duncan's mom because she help's eve find her daughter's body after all of the years that goes by Iris Johansen rocks with the eve duncan book's because i couldn't put this book down

Although I enjoyed the storyline, this booked appeared to be written for a younger audience. It was a nice touch to have the dog communicating with the owner through telepathy, but it came across just TOO cutesy. I have more books by Iris Johansen that I purchased in a large lot, so I hope the others are better written than this one.

I love this book; actally I love Iris Johansen. This is a love story Johansen's style wich means that you are going to find action biginning to end; I will give it 4 stars just because I can't give her 100!.....try it you are going to love it....

I love Iris Johansen's Eve Duncan books. Johansen's characters come right off the page. I especially enjoyed this one because it's about K-9 Search and Rescue, and it includes POV (sort of) from the dog, but in a way that's believable. And haunting. One warning: There are some graphic sex scenes, especially in her earlier titles. Thankfully those have grown less frequent. Still there, but I think her most recent book only had one and it was short. Easy to flip past and get back to the story.
