This book really disappointed me. It went on forever just really drawn out and I kept thinking something was going to happen but the significant thing that happens did on the last 5 chapters. :( I am sorry Mr.Koontz.. just didn't really like it all to much.

Koontz at his best. You won't want to put it down. His characters are very interesting. You won't want the story to be over and you want to be friends with the characters. Awesome!

I read this in one day; very fast-paced, up until the end, which I felt was rushed; still, I love Koontz. read it in a day; very fast-paced, up until the ending, which I feel was cut short...

As in the style of Koontz, the book was suspenseful and full of twists and turns. I came to like all of the main characters and was rooting for them! Some events were hard to swallow, but that's what fiction is all about!

Brilliantly conceived, seems like it would be a boring book from the jacket, but that is not the case. Very good!

Not one of his best, but not one of his worst either. Started slow for me but I was more into it near the end...like the last few chapters!

I really liked 95% of this book. fast paced i could not wait to find out what was going on. To bad it fell apart at the end.

Loved it. I could hardly put it down. It reminded me of one of his I read years ago and I can't remember the name. I love Koontz, he can't write them fast enough.

Not one of my faves from Dean. I'll admit, it grabbed me at first. All in all, I felt it was rushed and Dean, you coulda spent a bit more time on the ending!

It's amazing how Dean Koontz can add cheerful banter to a dark tale of suspense! I enjoyed this book - it reminded me a little bit of the Brother Odd series in that it had a light and a dark side.
