I think the end could be better, but the story is quite good. It's good to see how the robots resolve the conflict caused by the greater good and the three robotic laws

From the first robots books through all the Empire books and then through the Foundation books is following mankind through thousands of years of history.

A not entirely believable conlusion to the characters and the story. A somewhat jarring set of character developments lead to an ending that just doesn't seem plausable for those involved.

Great... can't say much without getting into the story! Great link joining the the robot and empire books into one timeline... and a cracking 'showdown' story with characters you know and love... it is a pivotal story in the timeline.

Espectacular manera de cerrar la saga, que termina estando unida a la saga de la Fundacion! Lo unico que se puede criticar es que termina de golpe, el libro es largo, y de repente llega el final, y se descarta asi no mas. Fuera de eso me encanto, sobre todo la frase final.

Well, is there Law #0 of robotics? There might be, but...homo sapiens are still too complicated at many point and cannot be controlled even with the most profound bio-energetic manipulations...Really came through this myself.

A masterful piece of sci-fi It takes a long hard luck at society through the eyes of humans and robots. At the same time there' a mystery to b solved an lives to lead. So perfectly written. NOTE: You need to read Caves of Steel, The Naked Sun and others first to get the most out of this!

Ok, I take back my comment that "Robots of Dawn" was the best book in the Robot series. "Robots and Empire" is most definitely the best in the entire Robot series. It was just one great adventure from the first page to the very last. It was good to see some characters from “Robots of Dawn” make their appearance, and I was a little sad to see that one of our favourite characters could only be brought back for a brief appearance. All in all, we get an amazing set of old and new characters and an amazing story geared towards the setting up of the Galactic Empire in the Foundation Series.
