READ THIS ONE MANY MANY YEARS AGO..When I was 20 yrs old, this was one of my favorite series.

I only read this one once. I dont like how it is told through the childs point of few but it makes since. The story wouldnt be the story if it werent told through his point of few. Still a really good book. I recomend it.

Finished it in three days! Excellent story. Bart left me guessing what his future would be! Can't wait to read Seeds Of Yesterday and Secrets In the Attic! However, I prefer the stories told from Cathy's viewpoint. She did speak a few times though. Jory is definitely my favorite of the two children as he's so much like Christopher. Madame M. is a pain in the tushy and an unnecessary presence in every way! They need to kill her off instead of people who are already suffering enough in their lives! Not meant to be a spoiler. Hope that doesn't give too much away, but I'm quite fed up with the wrong folks being removed from the story. However, still a great read! You'll love this one! :)

Excellent Story so far! Actually a bit better than Flowers In The Attic! This story is told from the viewpoint of Jory and Bart, Cathy's oldest and youngest sons. Totally worth reading. Interesting from the first page. Can't wait to finish and start on Seeds Of Yesterday! :)

it was a little hard to get into the alternating narrations between each chapter, but after I got into the flow I enjoyed it. It was not as good as the first two, but I enjoyed Bart's character.

I love the series of books and all but I thought that this was one of the weakest books in the series. it was good and all. But I prefered the flowers in the attic and the second book..this book was just okay for me.
