A fantastic book which is worthy of many reads. This account brilliantly travels across all classes and race of people to show the meaning of poverty in our time. It made my laugh a little and nearly cry in parts. I did try to watch the film after reading the book but simply had to turn it off as it was quite harrowing to watch. The book is a must read though.

This book was awesome. I could honestly relate to the story. The author was an immigrant from Ireland. I was sobbing the whole time I was reading it. It reminds me so much of my past and being an immigrant and all. I love this book...love it so much that I owned it. I must of read it so many times.
