All the books are very short can be read in no time. I think the books should have been put together as one. The Story was a little to predictable, but not bad for kids. i would give it a 5 out of 10. I do own the books it was a decent read but i doubt i would ever Read them again

A fun series of books to read with the kids. I can't compare them to the Harry Potter series, but I feel they're definitely worth collecting if you have young ones in the house.

These books equal one amazing story, but beware that they cannot stand alone, and must be read in order... and its cool that if you put all the books in order, the decorations make the griffin and dragon wrestling!

Creative story but if they wanted they could have made it longer and better, I find it's more for younger children but the pace of the books is good and there's always some sort of mystery to keep you reading. *

This series is fantastic. It keeps you spell bound from beginning to end. Would highly recommend this book to either read to your children or for them. Possible age group from around 9-13 depending on their level of reading. A classic of the future. A childrens Lord of the Rings.

Actually, I listened to the audiobook. It was a fun and enjoyable listen. My 8 year old son loved reading these.
