I had to read this for school, and it definitely wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. I probably wouldn't read it on my own, but for a school book, it wasn't too bad.

Taught this book many times to high school students. Didn't particularly like reading it when I was in high school but loved teaching it.

I read this back when I was in High School, and it really stuck with me. I know it's some what of a cliche to love it, but I did. I believe everyone can relate to Gatsby. Don't we all, sometime or another want to reinvent ourselves, even if only to impress. The core of this book can mean many things to different people. Cliche or not this book is genius.
