I felt this one of his best books. I really felt that the main story line was plausible. I also enjoy the political aspect that he throws into the books. It seems as though Flynn has done some research into Muslim Extremist groups and it paid off in this book. Mitch Rapp is the kind of hero that we all wish we could be. I need to add this one to my hardcover library.

Another solid read from Vince Flynn. A definite page-turner. It would have been nice if there was better character development around the bad guys, but there really isn't much detail around them. The plot is straightforward and there are no dramatic twists or turns other than perhpas what happens at the end of the novel (and even that was fairly predictable). Overall - a fairly quick and entertaining read. If you like the tv series 24, you'll definitely like this book.

“This was a really fast paced book, very intense. The protragonist is an affective, and therfore somewhat feared, CIA operative who finds himself in a mission to thwart a massive terrorist attack. The author obviously loves what he does, as he has researched the heck out of military lingo, operations, political workings, etc., and makes it all very real and easy to read. If you like high energy, page turning, political thrillers, this is a great one. I look forward to reading more of Vince's books.”
