Ha...quite a funny book, easy read though the end is rather abrupt. Nevertheless, good for light reading.

The main character basically is faced with two men in her life and she has to choose ultimately who is the best man for her. On one side she has jobless, sporty, sexy and fun guy and on the other a responsible, quiet, wealthy nice man. I won't tell you who she goes for but I will say that most of us at one time in our lives have been in similar straights deciding who to go for. Then you are always left wondering what would have been your life had you taken the other path. An enjoyable read!

Truly is "chick lit." Only a young girl might find anything interesting in this predictable story about a self-obsessed, materialistic PR hack who finally comes to her senses as a woman. I grew increasingly to dislike her as I read the book; she was redeemed only slightly by the ending. The men (and most of the women) in the book are all one-dimensional stereotypes. Luckily it's a quick read so you won't waste too much time.

This is defenetly my all time favourite. I couldn't put this book down and never wanted it to end. I read all of Jane Green books and I am confident to say that this one is a must read.

A great book -- one of Green's best -- perfect for any girl who's wanted to date a rich guy, but can't help but be tempted by the sexy one you're not supposed to be with.Green's Sophomore novel is NOT a disappointment -- sassy, interesting, and true-to-life, it's worth reading for any gal who's every wondered if the size of her man's wallet REALLY needs to be as big as his heart...

I absolutely love this book! Ok, I admit, I am a chicklit fanatic - but this one hit home. She practically describes my dream job, the typical drop dead gorgeous guys I (or most girls, for that matter) fall for, the stomach butterflies, and best of all - being a chameleon woman! I give Jane Green a standing ovation for depicting how women sometimes cannot help who they fall for..Cheesy, I know. But most girls would probably be able to relate to this - I know I did ;-)

This book could have been written about me and my disastrous love life and so I cringed nearly all the way through it but I still loved it!! It gave me lots of laugh out loud moments too

I definetly loved this book. There were some parts towards the beginning of the book that could have haulted my reading, and almost did. I was not expecting such detailed things. However, if you pass that section :), you will so enjoy the book!! The characters become real, and Jane Green does an outstanding job of creating and describing the scene of each place, you have no problem creating an image of your own. Another 'can't put it down!' read. I was laughing out loud, I was crying, I was angry, I was excited and happy for the (fictional!) characters. Totally a girl book, but well worth your time!

I loved how Libby changed while she was with Nick, and then I loved how she tried very hard to make the relationship with Ed work. The format was great--she grew in the relationship with Nick, and those changes were evident in her relationship with Ed. And boy, could I relate to her determination to make it work, as well as to her decision that since it didn't work out with the man she loved, she was going to settle for the one who met her old criteria.

I actually really liked this book--it was cute and a lot of fun!!! And also on the plus side, I was a bit shocked at first (becuase I wasn't expecting it): at certain points in the story there's actually some descriptive bow-chic-abow-bow going on (but not "romance novel crap)--it's pretty good! It definitely was not the typical gal read I first thought it was gonna be. I'll be reading Ms. Green's other books, most definitely!
