Waaay back in the day, I downloaded a mission and aircraft set for Jane's Advanced Tactical Fighters based around this book series.From what I gathered playing the missions, this book seems like the stuff I've been dying to read, even if this isn't considered anything special. I doub't I'll ever get the chance to read it, but god knows how much I've wanted to. I've allways wanted to be a fighter pilot for as long as I can remember. It may no longer be possible, but it's fun to read stories about them.

typical 80's style american propoganda novel. If you liked rambo 3 you will like this novel. Personally, I wouldn't waste the time.

Wingman is quite fast paced, fairly technical, and all in all a good post-apocalyptic book.

Amazing series where the Soviet Union takes over the USA and one man and a few of his friends tries to fight to bring back America piece by piece through out the series by land and by air. The series takes the aerial dog fights of "Top Gun" and multiplies it by 5 in this series!
