Real easy read. It's a good book in that it's gripping but not really what I expected. "Night" was way better, but this one did leave me with a lot to think about...

I was disappointed that this book was not even remotely similar to Night. With those expectations I didn't love Dawn and thus found it hard to follow.

An amazingly haunting tale, written in Wiesel's brutally honest yet despairingly poetic prose.

This trilogy is beautifully well-written. These books are small but extremely powerful.

This is a phenominal book. A very quick read about a young boy who is asked to execute an enemy soldier. This is a great book to relate to leadership, specifically looking at how employees may feel pressured to perform certain tasks as well as the personal conflict they may experience.

Elie Wiesel writes powerfully and vividly. I first read Dawn as part of the Night Trilogy. Reading it in the context of just having read "Night" really put it in perspective. Even if you have purchased them as separate volumes I recommend reading Night first.
