Just purchased the box set published in 1966. Books look and feel new yet have the wonderful scent of a vintage book! I'm so excited to have made this a piece of my book collection!

Very Interesting rendition of the original. This version was the full version of Dante's but these two authors added more commentary and comedy to the story. There was more dialog between the the main character and sinners at all levels of Hell. I enjoyed the book very much. It was a nice short read.

Sanders has taken the entire Comedia and translated / illustrated it for early 21st Century readers. VERY accessible.

sucks. if thats hell boo, apparently you kill yourself you become a tree.... SUCKS and if Hell is like that..... Pretty disapointing.Apparently if I kill myself, I become a tree in hell......STUPID
