This is one of my all time favorite books. I think Wilkes hit a homerun with this one. 5 stars. Easy read, hard to live.

This is a must read for those in leadership. If more church leaders read this and practiced it, the American church wouldn't be in the condition it is in. Awesome!!!!!

I love the works of John Maxwell. However, Type A and Cleric personalities require this book. It takes the reader out of the science of leadership and into the heart of God's leader. All will benefit from this book.
