One of my favorite books! This is the second book of the Sun Sword Series. While book one bounced between characters in Annagar and characters in Essalieyan, this book pivots almost completely around the characters in Essalieyan. Which means we follow the young Tyragar of Annagar and those who would serve him in this book and we watch him grow. Plus we see more of the politics and worries involved with the coming inevitable conflict.
