This is the first book I have read by Chuck Palahniuk. Genius. Every paragraph contains a sharp well-worded witticism. It's truly takes you to a dark human place that everyone has, but few acknowledge.

Perturbador! Um dos grandes méritos de Chuck Palahniuk é gerar uma empatia entre personagens e leitor, levando-o a questionar se o absurdo da trama não é apenas um lampejo da realidade. Indicado!

Chuck Palahniuk has a formula, there's no getting around that fact. Sometimes that formula lends towards trite, uninspired work. Other times, such as in the case with Diary, Palahniuk hits right on the mark. His observations on art, Jungian philosophy and human dysfunction makes for a fantastic read.

Love, love, love this book. Personally, I think this is the best Chuck book ever and I love how the story was told and just how its as if all her life was some kind of stage, with her script already prewritten and she only has one way to go and that is to follow the play already done for her. Reread it many times.
