Willingham wrote a specific pnal: (from the script included in the back) "This is the one panel at which the dream of every female reader of FABLES has come true. Each and every one of them must be made to cry, or squeal, or swoon like a character in a Jane Austen novel. Don't blow it, Buckingham (the penciller). We sort of, kind of know where you live." I squealed.

ok, i'm bias when it comes to bigby and snow white... but on the whole i have to say fables is really creative, imaginative, intriguing, unusual, funny, smart, and has good art in it... if you like fantasy with a twist, and comics that are a bit more intelligent, its worth the read, if not to buy. i recommend startinhg fron book 1 Fables:legends in exile

nothing major develops but it is otherwise a fine part of the fables series. king cole is taken care of, and i love and fear frau.
