My first book by Brad Thor and I loved every second of it. The Troll was the most intriguing character for me though. I hope he makes appearances in future novels.

This was a great summer read. I found the action to be exciting and loved how the characters were so real in this book. Can't wait to read another Brad Thor book.

Definitely a fast-paced, page-turner. Brad Thor packs lots of action into his books. With this one, however, I couldn't help thinking that it was all a bit too much. When you've got bad guys who take out small armies and get away with impunity, only to be taken down single-handedly by our hero it does seem like too much. That said, I could hardly put it down and will continue to read Brad Thor's other books.

This action-packed espionage thriller was good enough that I almost missed my flight. I was reading it at the gate and didn't hear the boarding call until they were on group 6.
