Save your time and read another bio. The book is somewhat interesting however, it is very obvious that Mr. Hamilton has an inflated ego problem. I would give this book 2 stars.

A pleasant, fun, easy, quick read, but don't go into it thinking that you're going to get fine literature.

Enjoyed this a lot...Hamilton's charming anf wlhough his self deprecation's hollow, he's like a jet set Forrest Gump...he really has been there and done that. And he's been in some interesting films as it turns out. Didn't mind that I did...

I really did enjoy reading about George Hamilton's life, especially the sections about his very unusual family, whom he adored and accepted, warts and all. In Mr. Hamilton's world, the unusual seems to be usual and his outlook on life as portrayed in "Don't Mind if I Do" is refreshing.
