I found it difficult to pick this book back up after putting it down. However if you have a full day to devour it you should. I had to read it in two parts, half of the book one day, and the other half another with my work and lifestyle it took me about a month to read this! When I was younger it would have taken me two days.

Well written...unique storyline...immense breadth of knowledge about the 80s (haha!)...but kinda depressing since the time traveller and his wife was doomed from the very beginning. Not too excited about the movie now I'm afraid.

I absolutely loved the beginning, but because of the way it ended, I would never read this book again. I highly recommend this book, though, because I feel that everyone should read it. It was so well written - it literally sucked me into the pages, and I felt as if I was the one time traveling.

This book was very very well written. After I read the book I was feeling so sad and hoped that it was written differently. I guess my views are that you don't get many happy endings in life and book is a way of escape and I wish that it would have better ending, eventhough it may be predictable - at least it generates happiness and not sadness.

le film sortira le 25 novembre donc aujourd'hui sous le titre the time travler's wife mais je vous conseille de lire le livre avant belle histoire d'amour et de patience surtout

This book was 285 pages too long. The movie wasn't any better.
