I just love Poirot; he is the detective unique, and yet, he is so demonstrably human. And what magnificent mustaches!

Not as deeply involved as the novels of Ms. Christie, still very entertaining - good bedside table fare for finishing off a story before going to sleep.

I'm not a great fan of short stories, but like every Agatha Christie book, this is entertaining. The short story somehow means that it is much easier to spot the clues and guess what is going on, and inevitably means there is much less scope for twists and turns of the plot that make her novels so fascinating. However, the stories are good and quiet varied.

I read the entire Agatha Christie collection as a teenager. I remember them as being very entertaining, and badly translated into Portuguese. And no, I did not have anything better to do at the time (or so I thought). Anyway, I loved the suspense, the middle-upper class settings , and a lot of the characters - not necessarily the detectives.

Poirot es el detective de casi todas las novelas de suspenso de Agatha- Es un detective impecable y de una perspicacia y habilidad mental super interesante. Me gusta mucho y disfruto con cada una de sus hazañas. Es imperdible.
