I read the entire Agatha Christie collection as a teenager. I remember them as being very entertaining, and badly translated into Portuguese. And no, I did not have anything better to do at the time (or so I thought). Anyway, I loved the suspense, the middle-upper class settings , and a lot of the characters - not necessarily the detectives.

O superintendente Battle, da Scotland Yard, sabia que aquele assassinato seria apenas o primeiro de uma série de crimes que ainda iriam ocorrer. E dispunha de cinco dados que, postos em sequência, faziam algum sentido.No entanto, a resposta não revelava o criminoso. E era preciso começar bem antes do crime, analisar várias circunstâncias diferentes que convergiam, todas, para um determinado momento e para um determinado local.O assassinato era apenas o ponto final, a Hora Zero. Excelente ficção policial e de mistério.
