It took me quite a long time to read the begining of the book. There is part of literature that describe only the Notre Damme, beautiful but not related to the topic much. The rest is awesome. Attractive ending. Poor Cassimodo but Acceptable ending. Nice reading after all.

It isn't as bad my rating but if you're looking for a story, this isn't the right book. If you're interested in reading about architecture then this is the right book. :-P

Picked it up one day when I was on the way to the orthodontist (in high school), needed something to read, and only had enough money to pick up one of these cheaply priced classics. I was immediately swept away. OMG one of my favourite characters in literature. So beautiful and funny and sad.
