good book to peek into the life of first generation indian immigrants and the problems they face the narration is very good and most imp at no point you get bored reading it ;)

The book consists of short stories which describe characters tangled between the east and western values. While some of the tales leave an impact, others fail to do so portraying a glimpse of predictability and dullness.

not a bad book.. a little dull, honestly.. it's actually one part of the other book- sister of my heart.. if I recall correctly.. read it about 10yrs ago..
